2025 Annual ACIA/SSCA Membership Meeting

The annual joint membership meeting of the Alabama Crop Improvement Association and the Southern Seed Certification Association will be February 23 & 24, 2025 at THE HOTEL AT AUBURN UNIVERSITY AND DIXON CONFERENCE CENTER, 241 South College Street, Auburn, Alabama 36830. Room reservations for Sunday night February 23 MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY WITH the CONFERENCE CENTER WITH THE BOOKING INFORMATION BELOW.

Our group rate is $179.00 for a Double/King room. Reservations made after January 23 will be at the Conference Center’s prevailing rate and only if rooms are available.

Please note the Sunday evening and Monday meals and other activities on the program. The meeting will be called to order at 8:15 a.m. on Monday, February 24 and conclude with lunch. In the interest of efficient planning, and your being included for the activities, please complete, and return the advance meeting registration form.

   Please NOTE that the Hotel has built a parking deck, and the following charges will apply:

   OVERNIGHT VALET PARKING- $25/NIGHT

   OVERNIGHT SELF-PARKING- $20/NIGHT

   DAY PARKING(EVENT PARKING)

• $15 VALET PARKING
• $10 SELF-PARKING

2. Return your advance registration to ACIA/SSCA along with your $100.00 registration fee (PER PERSON) and membership dues, ACIA- $5.00 and SSCA- $50.00 unless previously paid in response to a prior mailing:

       All SSCA Membership must be made payable to SSCA.

3. Request Application for Certification forms unless previously done in response to a prior mailing.
